Amazing Bean Salsa

I tried a bean salsa at some get together with some of our friends, it was yummy, so I looked on my handy i-phone allrecipes app and found an awesome recipe. I have pretty much made this for every get-together, work, family gatherings and birthday party this summer, I could seriously eat this with a spoon, I love it! It is super simple and the added bonus is that I have been able to use veggies from my garden in it, which makes me happy <3. So I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do.

Bean Salsa

1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
1/4-1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 4oz can diced green chiles
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1 can rotel, drained
1 cup italian dressing

Use a colander and dump all cans of beans, corn and rotel, drain and rinse well. Transfer mixture to bowl and add all veggies and dressing. I also add additional ingredients that I like, you can tailor it your taste. I add chopped cherry tomatoes, cilantro, red and orange bell pepper, diced fresh japaleno.

Enjoy :)
