Funny Text

So I never did say in my previous post how the Penne a la Betsy turned out! It was great. I think the sauce was a bit thin, so next time I may add some shredded parmesan cheese to make it a bit thicker. Other than that it was well worth trying the recipe. I will be adding it to our "Keepers" file in my cookbook. Phil even went as far to send me a text at work today to tell me it was even better the next day! So I fully recommend trying this recipe, unless you are on a diet of course :)
